Volunteer

Over the years, I have collaborated with diverse communities to foster connections that transcend boundaries. These experiences have deepened my understanding of unique audience challenges and underscored the importance of collective action. Below is a selection of events, campaigns, and workshops where I served as both a founder and a coordinator to drive meaningful change.

Why the ice, teacher?

"Why The Ice, Teacher?" was organized by The Windmill Team, a nonprofit organization based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to raise students' voices across Asia. In this unique situation, Vietnam still has a conservative culture and relationship between teachers and students; social interactions and communication in education can be less frequent and somewhat awkward.

Recognizing this point, The Windmill Team hosted this event to foster meaningful conversations between students and teachers. The event was a success, bringing 100 students to participate and five teachers joining us.

My Leadership Impact:

  •  Spearheaded outreach to 10 professors and 300 student participants, managing all communications and stakeholder relations.

  • Led end-to-end logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.

  • Successfully established a workshop that encourages collaboration and opened new channels for student-teacher dialogue, receiving 100% satisfaction.

Be my Xmas

"Be My Xmas" was a heartwarming campaign centered around the spirit of love and giving during Christmas. We invited students, teachers, and anyone else to share their wishes and requests. We will hand-deliver letters and homemade cookies filled with empathy and warmth to the recipients. This campaign aims to share joy, comfort, and connection during the holiday season.
The impact was significant, with 2000 requests from students, teachers, and others. Recipients described their gratitude through personalized letters and delicious cookies, which have brought smiles to their faces.

My Leadership Impact:

  • Contributed to social media content.

  •  Managed and assisted in logistics for the production and hand-delivery of personalized gifts.
